The State and Federal Governments’ Coronavirus response has had impacts for many of our Catholic schools and I thank principals and staff for their vigilance in this matter.

QCEC is being regularly updated by the Department of Education which is providing us with advice from Queensland’s Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young.

All Catholic School Authorities (CSAs) are following the Queensland Health advice in managing students and staff who have returned from visiting China or Hong Kong.

QCEC will continue to distribute to CSAs any updates on the Coronavirus response as soon as they become available.
