I would like to welcome Shannon O’Gorman as the newest staff member of the QCEC Secretariat.

Shannon will commence her new role as Education Officer on 11 January.

Shannon is currently the Director of Counselling and Engagement at St James College, Fortitude Valley, and has a wealth of experience in child and student wellbeing.

Shannon is a member of the Queensland Mental Health Tribunal and has also worked in the area of disability and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
